THE LIVING HISTORY FORUM
Explainer
As human beings, we constantly seek to classify one another, as a way of categorizing and create order. Often in an innocent and unconscious way, but sometimes with extreme consequences.
Explainer
The Living History Forum’s mission is to inform about the holocaust and other crimes against humanity. As a part of this important work, they produced the exhibition “Stämplad” (denounced), highlighting how different people throughout history have been classified, and how it has affected them.
Our mission was to make a short animated film based on the story about Mimmi, one of the survivors from the concentration camp, Auschwitz. A very important task, especially considering how few survivors are left today.
